I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the management was extremely helpful in processing a refund for my canceled booking, which I greatly appreciated, the overall quality of the room left much to be desired. There were bugs in the toilet and on the carpet, making the stay less comfortable. The heat pump was directly facing the bed and created an uncomfortable breeze, which disrupted my sleep. The location offered beautiful views, but the room quality did not match the scenery.

My recent stay was quite disappointing overall. The room was spacious but in urgent need of decor upgrades and cleaning. The service was severely lacking, especially during breakfast where we faced slow and inadequate service. While the location has its merits and could be beautiful, the current state does not reflect that. I won't be returning, unfortunately.
